For general use of our website, our <a href=\"https:\/\/fist.club\/en\/data-protection\/\">privacy policy<\/a> applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Structure: two strictly separate forms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey consists of two technically separate forms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Form 1 \u2014 anonymous survey:<\/strong> Questions about what you want from the planned app. Completely anonymous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form 2 \u2014 voluntary registration:<\/strong> Optionally, you can reserve your desired username, sign up for email updates and the beta test, and enter the raffle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linking your survey answers to your registration data is not possible and does not take place. Participation is voluntary and open only to persons aged 18 or over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Service provider<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both forms are provided via <strong>Microsoft Forms<\/strong>, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland. Microsoft processes the data on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR) on the basis of a data processing agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Processing generally takes place within the European Union (Microsoft&#8217;s EU Data Boundary). Where, in individual cases, data is transferred to third countries (in particular the USA), this is based on Microsoft Corporation&#8217;s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Form 1 \u2014 anonymous survey<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No sign-in is required for the survey. We do <strong>not<\/strong> collect names, email addresses or other contact details, and the form is configured so that no information identifying you is displayed to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The survey contains questions about your sexual interests, preferences and experiences. Such information belongs to the special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR. Even though the answers reach us without any link to your person, we ask for your <strong>explicit consent<\/strong> at the beginning of the survey as a precaution. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please do not enter names, contact details or any other information in free-text fields that could identify you or third parties. Should free-text fields nevertheless contain personal data, we will delete or anonymise it immediately upon becoming aware of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important note on withdrawal:<\/strong> Because the survey is anonymous, we cannot attribute individual answers to any person after submission. Subsequent withdrawal or deletion of individual response records is therefore technically impossible (Art. 11 GDPR). Up until submission, you can abandon the survey at any time without giving reasons; in that case, no answers are stored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We analyse the anonymous survey results exclusively in aggregated, statistical form in order to set the priorities for the development of the planned app. As the results contain no personal data, they are not subject to any deletion period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Form 2 \u2014 voluntary registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the separate registration form, you choose what you would like to sign up for. Depending on your selection, we process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your desired username (if you wish to reserve it)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your selected purposes (username reservation, updates, beta test, raffle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your preferred language<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purposes in detail:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Username reservation (incl. founding-member badge):<\/strong> We store your desired username and your email address in order to make the name available to you when the app launches. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (carrying out measures requested by you). The data is stored until the app launches or until the project is definitively discontinued, and is then deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email updates incl. beta invitation:<\/strong> We inform you by email about the development and launch of the app. Sign-up uses a double-opt-in procedure; we only add you to the mailing list after you have confirmed your email address. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email; your data will then be deleted from the mailing list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beta test:<\/strong> We use your details (wish to participate and platform iPhone\/Android) to invite you to the beta test. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Raffle:<\/strong> We use your email address to conduct the prize draw and deliver the prize (voucher code by email). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (conducting the raffle in which you are participating). The separate terms of participation apply. The raffle data will be deleted after the prize draw has been fully completed, at the latest on 31 October 2026, unless statutory retention obligations apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your registration data will not be passed on to third parties. The only exception: to redeem a prize voucher, it may be necessary to transmit the voucher code to the operator of the ffuck-dust.com shop, insofar as this is necessary for prize fulfilment. Your data will not be used for advertising purposes beyond the purposes you have selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Your rights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR, you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority of your habitual residence or the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, which is the authority responsible for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.
