Qui ti diamo consigli generali su come rendere il fisting pi\u00f9 sicuro e piacevole, senza che il divertimento venga meno.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Molti sottovalutano quanto la mente influenzi: se ti senti mentalmente pronto, aumenta la possibilit\u00e0 che il tuo corpo si rilassi. Meglio rilassarsi naturalmente (un bicchiere di spumante va bene, ma non cocktail anestetici).        <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Consiglio<\/strong>: Se sai che oggi un pugno far\u00e0 la sua grande entrata, evita pasti estremamente abbondanti poco prima. Molti trovano pi\u00f9 piacevole se l&#8217;intestino non \u00e8 completamente pieno. Andare in bagno prima pu\u00f2 fare miracoli. Inizia giorni o settimane prima con taglie piccole e aumenta gradualmente con calma. Alcuni apprezzano un bagno caldo subito prima della sessione: il calore rilassa la muscolatura, mentre gli oli essenziali (ad es. lavanda) calmano la mente. Chi medita pu\u00f2 includere un breve esercizio di respirazione \u2013 quattro secondi di inspirazione, sette di apnea, otto di espirazione \u2013 per ridurre lo stress e abbassare il battito cardiaco.     <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-341d2ac\" id=\"gleitmittel-je-mehr-desto-besser\" data-block-id=\"341d2ac\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Lubrificante \u2013 pi\u00f9 ce n&#8217;\u00e8, meglio \u00e8<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<p>Se pensi di avere abbastanza lubrificante, usane <strong>il doppio<\/strong> ! Il lubrificante \u00e8 il tuo migliore amico durante il fisting. Senza abbastanza lubrificante, la sensazione \u00e8 simile a quella della carta vetrata.   <strong>Quindi: scivoloso invece che ruvido!<\/strong> Usa un lubrificante denso e a lunga durata (i gel specifici per fisting, ad es. a base d&#8217;acqua o silicone, sono eccellenti). Importante: i prodotti a base oleosa (ad es. vaselina o unguenti grassi) distruggono i guanti in lattice. Se vi piacciono i classici grassi come Crisco, usate guanti in nitrile, che tollerano meglio l&#8217;olio. Qualunque sia il lubrificante \u2013 l&#8217;importante \u00e8 che sia abbondante e che lo si riapplichi prima che si secchi. Mettete pure il secchio a portata di mano vicino al letto! Meglio che la mano scivoli via troppo facilmente, piuttosto che qualcosa si irriti. Usate la <strong>polvere FFUCK DUST<\/strong>, che abbiamo sviluppato dalla comunit\u00e0 per un fisting sicuro.        <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Nota<\/strong>: Nel fisting non pu\u00f2 esserci <strong>troppo<\/strong> lubrificante, al massimo troppo poco. Se avete la sensazione di essere entrambi scivolosi come due anguille \u2013 perfetto! E se il lenzuolo si inzuppa, stendete prima degli asciugamani o una protezione impermeabile. La preparazione \u00e8 tutto.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Un altro dettaglio da nerd: i gel a base d&#8217;acqua si lavano facilmente, ma si asciugano pi\u00f9 velocemente; il silicone rimane lubrificante pi\u00f9 a lungo, ma pu\u00f2 lasciare macchie sui tessuti. I gel ibridi combinano entrambi. Sperimentate con la temperatura: alcuni gel caldi danno una sensazione lussuosa, altri giurano sul brivido rinfrescante di un tubetto a temperatura ambiente. Gli additivi aromatizzanti o profumati sono carini, ma dovrebbero essere senza zucchero, altrimenti i batteri si rallegrano.     <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-53c0759\" id=\"handschuhe-und-gepflegte-hande\" data-block-id=\"53c0759\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Guanti e mani curate<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<p>Anche se pu\u00f2 essere allettante andare \u201ca contatto diretto\u201d \u2013 i <strong>guanti monouso<\/strong> sono d&#8217;oro nel fisting. Proteggono entrambi i partner da <strong>lesioni e infezioni<\/strong>: il guanto copre le unghie e le zone ruvide, riducendo cos\u00ec i graffi nell&#8217;intestino sensibile. Inoltre, agisce come barriera contro il sangue e altri fluidi, riducendo significativamente il rischio, ad es., di HIV o epatite. Importante: per <strong>ogni persona e ogni orifizio corporeo<\/strong> si usa un guanto fresco \u2013 nessun cambio intermedio da uno all&#8217;altro senza un nuovo guanto! E naturalmente, per ogni partner un proprio contenitore di lubrificante (quindi non prendere con la stessa mano sporca nello stesso contenitore di gel per pi\u00f9 persone). Sembra logico, ma previene efficacemente soprattutto la trasmissione di epatite C e altre STI.       <\/p>\n\n<p>Fai attenzione alla <strong>misura giusta<\/strong> dei guanti \u2013 troppo stretti e la mano si addormenta, troppo larghi e la sensibilit\u00e0 svanisce. Lattice o nitrile \u00e8 questione di gusti (il nitrile \u00e8 migliore per chi soffre di allergie e per gli amanti dell&#8217;olio). Indossa i guanti prima che tutto diventi scivoloso, altrimenti sar\u00e0 una lotta per farli passare.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Oltre ai guanti, le <strong>mani curate<\/strong> sono un obbligo. Accorcia le unghie e limale bene, finch\u00e9 non ci sono pi\u00f9 bordi taglienti. Togli anelli, orologi, braccialetti appuntiti \u2013 tutto ci\u00f2 che non ha posto all&#8217;interno. Immagina come si sente un anello appuntito all&#8217;interno\u2026 ahia! In breve: il <strong>pugno in divenire<\/strong> dovrebbe essere il pi\u00f9 morbido e liscio possibile prima di entrare da qualche parte.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Consiglio extra: Alcuni attivi giurano sul cosiddetto \u201cdouble-gloving\u201d \u2013 due sottili strati di nitrile uno sopra l&#8217;altro. Se lo strato esterno si strappa, quello interno rimane intatto. Le varianti senza polvere evitano residui di talco che altrimenti potrebbero causare irritazioni, e i guanti colorati (neri, viola) non solo hanno un aspetto sexy, ma rendono immediatamente visibili i residui di sangue o feci, cos\u00ec vi accorgete subito se qualcosa non va.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-637c73b\" id=\"langsam-steigern-und-geduld\" data-block-id=\"637c73b\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Aumentare gradualmente e pazienza<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<p>La regola forse pi\u00f9 importante: la <strong>lentezza<\/strong>. Roma non \u00e8 stata costruita in un giorno \u2013 e nessuno arriver\u00e0 subito al polso al primo tentativo. Iniziate con <strong>uno o due dita<\/strong>, ruotate delicatamente, sentite come reagisce il muscolo. Poi introducete gradualmente pi\u00f9 dita, passo dopo passo. Concedetevi delle pause: un po&#8217; fuori, di nuovo dentro, riapplicando il lubrificante nel frattempo. Osserva il linguaggio del corpo del tuo partner: si irrigidisce? Respira pi\u00f9 velocemente (non solo per il piacere)? Allora significa fermarsi o fare una pausa.         <\/p>\n\n<p>Per la parte passiva vale: <strong>sei tu a dettare il ritmo<\/strong>. La sensazione di dilatazione pu\u00f2 essere intensa e a volte insolita, ma non dovrebbe mai trasformarsi in dolore brutale. Un leggero bruciore o tiraggio all&#8217;inizio va bene \u2013 \u00e8 il segnale per rallentare, ma non deve significare la fine completa. <strong>Aumenta lentamente la profondit\u00e0 e l&#8217;ampiezza<\/strong>, non c&#8217;\u00e8 un premio per il pugno pi\u00f9 veloce del mondo. In caso di dubbio, \u00e8 meglio fare pi\u00f9 sessioni nel corso delle settimane per aumentare gradualmente. La pazienza ripaga \u2013 il tuo corpo ti ringrazier\u00e0 e la ricompensa sar\u00e0 un&#8217;esperienza decisamente pi\u00f9 piacevole.      <\/p>\n\n<p>A proposito, ognuno ha i propri <strong>limiti<\/strong>. Non ogni ano accoglier\u00e0 un intero avambraccio \u2013 e va benissimo cos\u00ec. Il fisting <strong>non \u00e8 una competizione<\/strong>. Se entrano solo quattro dita, godetevi quello! Si tratta di piacere, non di centimetri.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Molte coppie usano strumenti di allenamento come dildo anali gonfiabili o esercizi di Kegel per il pavimento pelvico, per stimolare i muscoli in modo mirato. Chi pratica yoga o Pilates beneficia della respirazione e del controllo corporeo appresi l\u00ec. E ricorda: pianifica un recupero sufficiente tra le sessioni; un muscolo eccessivamente allungato ha bisogno di riposo, altrimenti rischiate microlesioni.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-814b64c\" id=\"auf-den-korper-horen-schmerz-ist-kein-ziel\" data-block-id=\"814b64c\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Ascoltare il corpo \u2013 il dolore non \u00e8 un obiettivo<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<p>\u201cNo pain, no gain\u201d potr\u00e0 valere in palestra, <strong>ma non nel fisting<\/strong>. Certo, questa pratica pu\u00f2 essere pi\u00f9 intensa del sesso \u201cnormale\u201d, ma il <strong>brivido deriva dalla fiducia e dall&#8217;estasi<\/strong>, non dal dolore reale. Ascolta quindi attentamente i segnali del tuo corpo (o del tuo partner). I <strong>dolori sono segnali di avvertimento<\/strong>. Se fa male acutamente, brucia o addirittura sanguina, fermati immediatamente. In caso di dubbio, \u00e8 meglio interrompere e, se necessario, farsi visitare da un medico, piuttosto che forzare qualcosa.       <\/p>\n\n<p>Per la parte attiva significa: sii <strong>attento e delicato<\/strong>. Non fare mai fisting con forza bruta o movimenti rapidi e incontrollati. La mucosa interna \u00e8 sensibile e soggetta a graffi \u2013 per questo i guanti e il lubrificante in abbondanza. Procedi a tentoni, senti con le dita se c&#8217;\u00e8 resistenza. Se noti che diventa troppo stretto o il tuo partner si irrigidisce, fermati. Comunica: \u201cTutto bene? Continuare o pausa?\u201d \u2013 tali domande dimostrano che sei attento e danno sicurezza al bottom.       <\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;umorismo \u00e8, a proposito, un buon compagno: una battuta leggera pu\u00f2 sciogliere la tensione. Ridere rilassa i muscoli! Ma naturalmente non a scapito della concentrazione \u2013 dita (o pugno) al posto giusto e niente scenette comiche, per favore.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Se dovessero verificarsi piccole lacerazioni della mucosa, le pomate a base di zinco o pantenolo aiutano la guarigione. Nei giorni successivi, evita ulteriori giochi di dilatazione, affinch\u00e9 il tessuto possa rigenerarsi. In caso di sensazione di pressione persistente, febbre o perdite insolite: vai dal medico, meglio farsi controllare una volta di troppo!    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-06bd737\" id=\"nachspiel-und-aftercare\" data-block-id=\"06bd737\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Post-session e Aftercare<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<p>Davvero? Batti il \u200b\u200bcinque (o meglio, batti il \u200b\u200bcinque): avete condiviso qualcosa di molto intimo! Ma anche <strong>dopo<\/strong> il fisting, ci sono alcune cose da tenere a mente. Estrai la mano (o il pugno) <strong>lentamente<\/strong> e con attenzione, proprio come per l&#8217;inserimento: niente movimenti bruschi. In caso di dolori pi\u00f9 forti o sanguinamento visibile, \u00e8 meglio consultare un medico.       <\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022\u202f <strong>Rilassamento:<\/strong> Forse il partner passivo avverte un tiraggio all&#8217;addome o una sensazione di \u201cleggera apertura\u201d \u2013 questo \u00e8 normale e di solito scompare dopo poco tempo. Un bagno caldo o un massaggio addominale delicato possono aiutare a calmare la muscolatura.   <\/p>\n\n<p>\u2022\u202f <strong>Lode e Feedback:<\/strong> Parlate tra voi di cosa \u00e8 andato bene e cosa potrebbe essere diverso la prossima volta. Il rinforzo positivo (\u201cHai fatto un ottimo lavoro!\u201d) fa miracoli per la fiducia. E se qualcosa non \u00e8 andato cos\u00ec bene, si pu\u00f2 chiarire ora con calma.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Infine: mantenete l&#8217;umorismo. Se dovesse capitare un \u201cincidente\u201d (ad es. un po&#8217; pi\u00f9 di \u201csalsa marrone\u201d del previsto \u2013 succede anche con il clistere), affrontatelo con calma. Un asciugamano sopra, ridere insieme e continuare a coccolarsi. Fa parte dell&#8217;esperienza ed \u00e8 umano.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Dopo una sessione particolarmente lunga o intensa, una bevanda isotonica o uno spuntino leggero (banana, barretta di cereali) possono stabilizzare la circolazione. Alcune coppie concordano un \u201ccheck-in\u201d il giorno successivo tramite messaggio o telefono: \u201cTutto bene? Il tuo corpo si sente bene?\u201d \u2013 cos\u00ec dimostrate che vi preoccupate l&#8217;uno dell&#8217;altro anche dopo l&#8217;avventura. L&#8217;aftercare emotiva \u00e8 altrettanto importante quanto quella fisica; dopotutto, avete esplorato insieme un limite e approfondito la vostra intimit\u00e0.    <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-5a71ff7\" id=\"weitere-gesundheitlich-relevante-themen-beim-fisting\" data-block-id=\"5a71ff7\"><h3 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">Altri argomenti rilevanti per la salute nel fisting<\/h3><\/div>\n\n<p>Infine, vale la pena dare un&#8217;occhiata ad alcuni <strong>aspetti aggiuntivi<\/strong> che possono giocare un ruolo nel fisting regolare o intenso. Alcuni fister esperti amano usare creme nutrienti o gel di aloe vera dopo la pulizia dell&#8217;ano per mantenere la pelle elastica (ma non usare questi prodotti come sostituti del lubrificante durante il fisting!).   <br\/> <br\/><strong>Segnale di avvertimento Incontinenza:<\/strong> Se noti che hai pi\u00f9 difficolt\u00e0 a trattenere le feci dopo fisting frequente, parla con un proctologo. <br\/>Un allenamento regolare del pavimento pelvico pu\u00f2 aiutare a contrastare questo. E <strong>per favore non introdurre oggetti estremi<\/strong> \u2013 l&#8217;intestino \u00e8 flessibile, ma non \u00e8 una cavit\u00e0 infinita.
