Quem entra preparado numa sess\u00e3o tem menos preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es e pode concentrar-se no que importa. Este guia passa tudo em revista: alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza anal, a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do bottom e do top, a higiene durante a sess\u00e3o e o aftercare muitas vezes esquecido que vem depois. Sem vergonha, sem tabu, simplesmente pr\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ernaehrung\">1.1 Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o: o que comer antes do fisting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o intestinal n\u00e3o come\u00e7a uma hora antes, mas com o que comes nos dias anteriores. Uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o rica em fibra e equilibrada garante fezes firmes e bem formadas, e isso \u00e9 metade do trabalho para uma sess\u00e3o limpa. Quem come com regularidade fibra suficiente (legumes, integrais, flocos de aveia) e bebe o suficiente tem um intestino que por natureza se prepara mais facilmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No dia da sess\u00e3o: n\u00e3o comer mais nada de pesado cerca de tr\u00eas a quatro horas antes. Pouco antes, evita o que, por experi\u00eancia, mant\u00e9m o intestino ocupado, a comida muito picante, grandes quantidades de leguminosas, demasiado caf\u00e9. Uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o leve \u00e9 melhor do que um banquete farto. N\u00e3o \u00e9 uma dieta, \u00e9 simplesmente log\u00edstica: um intestino tranquilo faz menos surpresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"darmreinigung\">1.2 Limpeza anal: bem e sem exagerar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eis a frase mais importante de todo o artigo: menos \u00e9 mais. Muitos exageram na limpeza anal convencidos de que mais \u00e9 mais seguro, \u00e9 o contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primeiro o al\u00edvio: as fezes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o armazenadas no reto, mas mais acima no c\u00f3lon. A zona baixa, de que o fisting se ocupa inicialmente, est\u00e1 normalmente vazia quando n\u00e3o h\u00e1 vontade de defecar. Uma limpeza dos tro\u00e7os intestinais baixos com um duche anal e \u00e1gua morna basta amplamente \u00e0 grande maioria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eis como proceder de forma sensata:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usar apenas <strong>\u00e1gua morna<\/strong>, nem quente (risco de queimadura), nem fria (provoca contra\u00e7\u00f5es), nada de sab\u00e3o nem desinfetante no intestino.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Enxaguar uma a duas vezes basta.<\/strong> N\u00e3o bombear litros.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Ap\u00f3s a limpeza, prever cerca de <strong>20 a 30 minutos<\/strong> para que a \u00e1gua saia por completo.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Quando sai \u00e1gua limpa, est\u00e1s pronto. N\u00e3o tem de ser cristalina, a esterilidade absoluta n\u00e3o existe de qualquer forma.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">E agora o motivo m\u00e9dico desta conten\u00e7\u00e3o: enxaguar com demasiada frequ\u00eancia ou demasiada intensidade irrita a mucosa, pode a longo prazo afinar o tecido intestinal e assim aumentar o risco de les\u00f5es e infe\u00e7\u00f5es. Estudos em homens que fazem sexo com homens associam mesmo os duches anais frequentes a um risco aumentado de IST. Uma mucosa saud\u00e1vel \u00e9 a melhor barreira que tens, trata-a em conformidade. A m\u00e1xima \u00e9 por isso: tanto quanto necess\u00e1rio, o menos poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bottom\">2.1 A prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do bottom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como bottom, o parceiro recetor, podes fazer bastante para entrar descontra\u00eddo na sess\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Esvaziar o intestino<\/strong> e, se for o caso, enxaguar ligeiramente (ver acima, sem exagerar).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Limpeza externa<\/strong> da zona anal com \u00e1gua e sab\u00e3o suave. Remover bem os restos de creme (por exemplo de pomadas para hemorroidas), pois as gorduras atacam as luvas de l\u00e1tex.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Aquecer e relaxar:<\/strong> um banho quente, compressas quentes ou preliminares prolongados soltam a musculatura. Um esf\u00edncter relaxado \u00e9 o essencial.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9-dilatar-se<\/strong> se quiseres: habituar-te devagar ao toque com os dedos ou um plug. N\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio, mas a muitos facilita o in\u00edcio.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o mental:<\/strong> sem press\u00e3o de tempo, numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o em que ningu\u00e9m tenha de sair logo. A tua m\u00e3o \u00e9 hoje a ferramenta mais importante, por isso cuida dela:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e3os:<\/strong> cortar as unhas ultracurtas e lim\u00e1-las lisas, passar a outra m\u00e3o por cima para sentir se algo ainda arranha. Uma s\u00f3 rebarba pode rasgar a mucosa.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Joias fora:<\/strong> retirar completamente an\u00e9is, rel\u00f3gios e pulseiras.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Alisar de antem\u00e3o as zonas \u00e1speras<\/strong> e os calos. Em caso de cortes recentes na m\u00e3o, melhor adiar a sess\u00e3o ou n\u00e3o usar o dedo afetado.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Ter luvas preparadas,<\/strong> de prefer\u00eancia v\u00e1rios pares, caso uma se rasgue ou para a troca de parceiro.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparar o lubrificante:<\/strong> em abund\u00e2ncia, mais do que pensas. Preparar antes o lubrificante em p\u00f3 para que esteja pronto.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Soltar-se a si pr\u00f3prio:<\/strong> soltar os pulsos e os ombros. O fisting \u00e9 fisicamente exigente tamb\u00e9m para o top, e uma c\u00e3ibra no bra\u00e7o a meio da sess\u00e3o \u00e9 exatamente o ponto alto do ambiente que ningu\u00e9m espera.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"setting\">2.3 Preparar o ambiente<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O ambiente contribui para o quanto os dois se sentem \u00e0 vontade:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prote\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> estender toalhas ou len\u00e7\u00f3is imperme\u00e1veis. As toalhas escuras s\u00e3o pr\u00e1ticas, porque se v\u00ea menos.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c0 m\u00e3o:<\/strong> lubrificante, luvas frescas, papel ou toalhitas h\u00famidas, \u00e1gua para beber.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Luz:<\/strong> suave para o ambiente, mas com a op\u00e7\u00e3o de uma luz mais intensa se for preciso ver ap\u00f3s uma les\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Temperatura:<\/strong> o quarto deve estar quente. Um bottom com frio contrai-se.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"waehrenddessen\">3.1 Higiene durante a sess\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mesmo no calor do momento, alguns princ\u00edpios valem a pena:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Luva cal\u00e7ada antes de come\u00e7ar,<\/strong> um pouco de lubrificante por dentro facilita o cal\u00e7ar.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Lubrificante em abund\u00e2ncia,<\/strong> a renovar a tempo antes que seque.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Nada de double-dipping:<\/strong> n\u00e3o passar de uma pessoa para outra nem de uma abertura do corpo para outra com a mesma luva. Uma luva fresca entre as duas.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Recipiente de lubrificante individual<\/strong> por pessoa, n\u00e3o meterem todos a m\u00e3o no mesmo frasco.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Nas sess\u00f5es mais longas,<\/strong> trocar de luva a meio do caminho e continuar de novo.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Trav\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia perante sinais de alarme:<\/strong> se o bottom assinala dor ou h\u00e1 sangue na luva, para-se e verifica-se. A sa\u00fade vem antes da ambi\u00e7\u00e3o, sempre.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aftercare-koerper\">4.1 Aftercare: f\u00edsico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando a sess\u00e3o termina, o encerramento faz parte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Retirar devagar,<\/strong> n\u00e3o de forma brusca.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Eliminar a luva corretamente:<\/strong> vir\u00e1-la do avesso ao retir\u00e1-la, para o lixo (n\u00e3o para a sanita).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Lavar bem as m\u00e3os,<\/strong> mesmo que tenham sido usadas luvas.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Bottom:<\/strong> enxaguar a zona anal pelo exterior com \u00e1gua morna, nada de sab\u00e3o agressivo por dentro.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo:<\/strong> ver se h\u00e1 rasg\u00f5es externos ou vermelhid\u00f5es. Pequenos rasg\u00f5es externos podem ser tratados com uma pomada cicatrizante (p. ex. pantenol \/ Bepanthen).<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Os brinquedos<\/strong> limpar logo com \u00e1gua quente e sab\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aftercare-emotional\">4.2 Aftercare: emocional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A parte muitas vezes esquecida. O fisting \u00e9 uma experi\u00eancia muito \u00edntima e intensa, e sobretudo ap\u00f3s sess\u00f5es intensas muitas pessoas precisam de uma aterragem consciente. Tirem tempo um para o outro: proximidade, algumas palavras de reconhecimento, algo para beber ou comer, porque sess\u00f5es assim exigem do sistema circulat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e3o \u00e9 um agrad\u00e1vel extra, faz parte da coisa. Um aftercare consciente refor\u00e7a a confian\u00e7a sobre a qual assenta tudo o resto, e amortece o chamado top drop ou sub drop, a quebra emocional que pode surgir ap\u00f3s experi\u00eancias intensas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nachkontrolle\">4.3 Vigil\u00e2ncia nos dias seguintes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos dias ap\u00f3s uma sess\u00e3o intensa vale a pena prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao corpo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fezes moles:<\/strong> beber muito, comer rico em fibra, para que nada roce nas zonas irritadas.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Levar a s\u00e9rio os sinais de alarme:<\/strong> dores persistentes ou fortes, febre ou sangue vermelho vivo ao defecar devem ser esclarecidos por um m\u00e9dico.
