Who We are & why We Exist

The Fist Club Europe e.V. is an internationally active umbrella organization and a vibrant community centered around the sexuality-related practice of fisting. Founded on the deep conviction that responsible practice, well-founded education, and social visibility are of essential importance, we create a space for exchange, empowerment, and self-determination.

While human sexuality is increasingly discussed openly, fisting often remains in the shadows. Prejudices, misinformation, and social invisibility lead to a lack of objective, respectful engagement. This stigmatization fosters uncertainties and risky practices. This is precisely where we see our mission and our responsibility.

We provide well-founded, easily understandable, and taboo-breaking knowledge – from techniques and safer sex practices to essential hygiene and health measures, and the importance of consent. We educate, debunk myths, and enable informed, self-determined, and safe engagement with the topic of anal fisting.

We actively promote the emergence and networking of new local, national, and international Fist Clubs. To this end, we offer comprehensive content-related advice, organizational support, and practical assistance. Furthermore, we financially support dedicated founders and clubs so that they can realize their ideas and build strong, sustainable structures.

We offer a respectful, protected space for open discussions, mutual support, and the building of strong networks. Our association thrives on the exchange of personal experiences, collaborative learning, and cooperation in solidarity with local and international partners and initiatives.

We actively oppose prejudices, stigmatization, and societal misunderstandings. We advocate for a culture in which fisting is recognized, accepted, and respectfully treated as a natural part of responsible and consensual sexuality.

We develop and disseminate clear guidelines for the safe and responsible practice of fisting. Through targeted health education, we promote awareness of physical and mental health within the context of our community.

Our association is aimed in particular, but not exclusively, at gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (MSM), as fisting holds particular significance and prevalence in this community. At the same time, our doors are explicitly open to all people – regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or identity – who wish to engage with fisting responsibly, with interest, and based on facts. The only prerequisite for this is a respectful attitude and unwavering respect for the principles of consent, safety, and mutual respect.

Together, we break taboos, overcome prejudices, and promote an informed, respectful, and above all, pleasurable engagement with the topic of fisting. Because knowledge, visibility, and community are our strongest tools for safe and fulfilling experiences.
