2. Participation period
Participation is possible from publication of the raffle until 15 August 2026, 23:59 (CEST) inclusive. Entries received after this time will not be considered in the prize draw.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open exclusively to natural persons of legal age (at least 18 years old). Excluded from participation are board members, employees and volunteers of the organiser and of companies involved in running the raffle, in each case including their relatives.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Participation via prize-draw services, automated procedures or with false information is not permitted and will lead to exclusion.
4. How to enter
Entry takes place via the registration form linked at the end of the community survey. To enter, you must provide a valid email address and accept these terms of participation.
Participation is free of charge and does not depend on the purchase of any goods or services. Participation in the raffle is also independent of whether and how the community survey was answered: the survey is anonymous and technically separate from the registration form; the content of the survey answers has no influence whatsoever on the chances of winning.
5. Prizes
10 vouchers worth €50 each for the online shop ffuck-dust.com will be raffled among all valid entries.
Vouchers are redeemed subject to the terms applicable in the shop. The vouchers are valid until 31 August 2027. Cash payment, interest or exchange of the prize is excluded; to the extent permitted by law, this also applies to remaining balances.
6. Determination of winners and notification
The winners will be determined at random from among all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date, at the latest by 29 August 2026.
Notification and delivery of the voucher code will be sent by email to the address provided upon entry. If the email address is undeliverable and delivery also fails on a second attempt within 14 days, the claim to the prize lapses and the prize in question will be re-raffled among the remaining entries.
The claim to the prize is not transferable to other persons.
7. Data protection
To run the raffle, we process your email address and the time of your entry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (conducting the raffle). The data is used exclusively for the prize draw and prize fulfilment and is not used for advertising purposes unless you have given separate consent (e.g. to receive updates).
The raffle data will be deleted after the prize draw has been fully completed, at the latest on 31 October 2026, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. Further information can be found in our privacy notice for the community survey.
8. Exclusion and revocation
The organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation persons who violate these terms of participation or who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the raffle. If the conditions for exclusion are met, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively.
9. Early termination and changes
The organiser reserves the right to terminate or modify the raffle in whole or in part ahead of schedule for good cause, in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. No claims by participants arise from this.
10. Liability
The organiser is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, the organiser is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Any further liability is excluded. No guarantee is given for the availability and functionality of the form platform used.
11. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Should individual provisions of these terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
